The credit scores of millions more Americans are sinking to new lows. According to FICO, nearly 43.4 million people now have a credit score of 599 or below. My thoughts on Mortgages for 2010, lending guidelines get a bit tougher, down payment requirements stay the same, please have the best possible credit score you can have at the point of application, interest rates go up and FHA financing is all the buzz right now.
