My thoughts on Mortgages for 2010, lending guidelines get a bit tougher, down payment requirements stay the same, please have the best possible credit score you can have at the point of application, interest rates go up and FHA financing is all the buzz right now.

I would suggest buying Mortgage Origination Point(s) if you could use the write off, can afford it, and will be in your current home for greater than 3 years… Plus Mortgage Interest rates are near all time lows!
